Lean Engineer – Yixing Factory

Your contribution to our vision

As Operational Excellence Engineer you are the primary driver of lean activities in the Yixing factory. You close the gap between demand and capacity by delivering direct output increases through lean methods and safeguarding business continuity. Three priorities shape your role: 60 % hands-on lean / continuous-improvement projects, 30 % process-analytical capacity optimisation and 10 % sustainable performance monitoring.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or similar.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, proven shop-floor lean application.
• Strong command of lean / Six-Sigma tools (VSM, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S); Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) preferred.
• Demonstrated success in boosting productivity and output.
• Confident in analysing large data sets, experienced with KPI systems (OEE, FPY, OTIF) and SAP.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
